WHO COULD FORGET the Nike Cortez?

One of the most popular runners of the late 90s and early 00s. The ultimate primary school PE shoe.  Most people consider them to be butt ugly these days, but in the last year or so, they’ve been slowly making a comeback.

Two years ago, Kendrick Lamar released a limited edition pair of shoes with Reebok and they went down very well. Now the rapper has released a pair of Nike Cortez runners and people aren’t really sure how to feel.

Some people think the shoes are out of this world.

The shoes say “DON’T TRIP” along the tongue, which is also good advice for the bowling lane. Regardless of whether or not they look like bowling shoes, they still look better than the white primary school ones.
